Request for expressions of interest to obtain technical and financial quotations for the implementation of training activities for remote work skills and technical skills within the activities of the “Opening a Livelihood for Youth and Women in the Gaza Strip” activities implemented by the Our Children for the Deaf Association. Our Children for the Deaf Association wished to select a group of experienced consultants to implement technical training activities and freelance skills, followed by a technical guidance stage to support the trainees in their practical launch on remote work platforms in the following fields: E-marketing User interface design (UX/UI) Mobile application programming (Flutter) Design Graphics Qualified individuals who wish to participate must go to the headquarters of our Atfaluna Association for the Deaf in Gaza City - opposite the Directorate of Education and Deir Al-Balah City - the intersection of 17th Street and Al-Masha’la near Diwan Al Baraka to obtain the terms of reference for the training, starting from Thursday, December 4, 2025, until Monday, December 8, 2025, according to the following: Submitting a financial offer in US dollars. Technical proposal: includes the training curriculum, Hours, qualifications, implementation plan, expected outputs. The financial offer: includes the total cost of the training. The financial and technical offers are delivered in two separate sealed envelopes at the headquarters of the Atfaluna Association for the Deaf located in Gaza City - opposite the Directorate of Education, and Deir Al-Balah, 17th Street, near Diwan Al Baraka. A preliminary meeting will be held for consultants wishing to apply on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at the association’s headquarters in Deir Al-Balah at 12 noon. The deadline for applications is Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the association’s headquarters in Gaza City or Deir al-Balah at 12 noon.
