                  The project consisted of two phases aiming to establish 9 child-friendly spaces through psychosocial support. The first phase was funded by OCHA and involved the            establishment of 4 spaces with full furnishing. The second phase was funded by Save the Children and focused on creating 5 fully furnished child-friendly spaces.

1. Visiting the sites previously identified by the team to cover and make a check if their readiness for all park sites ok or not.
2. Preparing the bid documents for the project. (Contract, drawings, BoQs, General &Special conditions and specifications).
3. Evaluation of technical bids submitted by companies applying for implementation.
4. Follow up on implementation and site delivery as quickly as possible to ensure activities start on time.
